The 60V lithium battery sits at the performance sweet spot for medium-duty electric vehicles — electric cargo tricycles, passenger tuk tuks, enclosed three-wheelers, and small electric trucks. It provides the extra voltage headroom needed for 1000W–2000W motors to deliver strong acceleration under load without pushing into high-voltage regulatory territory.

60V Platform Advantages:

• Power delivery — with a 60V system, a 1500W motor draws only 25A at full load, reducing I²R losses and keeping wiring harnesses lighter and cooler

• Capacity options — 32Ah (budget cargo trike), 45–58Ah (standard delivery fleet), 100–150Ah (long-range passenger and heavy cargo)

• Cell layout — 20S LiFePO4 (64V nominal, 60V working) or 17S NMC; prismatic cell packs with laser-welded busbars

• Thermal management — integrated temperature sensors on each cell group; BMS throttles current above 65°C and cuts off at 75°C

• Communication — CAN bus output for vehicle display integration showing SOC%, remaining range, and individual cell voltages
